1. Overview
This policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, and billing questions are handled for AMZ Review Tool.
2. Free access
Free access does not include a refund because no paid charge is collected for that level of use.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Unless required by applicable law or approved by us in a specific case, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not normally retroactively refund the current billing period.
4. Yearly subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once charged, unless required by applicable law or approved by us in a specific case such as a duplicate charge, clear billing error, or a major access problem that prevented normal use shortly after purchase.
5. Exceptional cases
We may review refund requests in good faith for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or major service failures that prevented normal access.
6. How to request help
For billing or refund questions, email support@merchsignal.com and include the email used for purchase, the date of charge, and a short explanation of the issue.
7. Payment providers
Some refunds or billing actions may be processed through the third-party provider used for checkout and subscription management, including MerchSignal and Lemon Squeezy where applicable.
