These Terms of Service govern your use of the AMZ Review Tool website, Chrome extension, and related account, billing, and support services.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AMZ Review Tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, extension, or related services.
2. The service
AMZ Review Tool is a software tool that helps users collect, filter, deduplicate, and export customer reviews from supported Amazon product and review pages that the user opens.
Features may change over time. We may add, remove, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account or an active paid plan. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Free and paid plans
AMZ Review Tool offers free and paid features. The free plan is built for lighter usage. Paid plans currently include Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly.
Current pricing shown on the website is $4.99 per month for Pro Monthly and $49.99 per year for Pro Yearly, unless updated on the checkout page. Plan features or pricing may change in the future, and any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
5. Billing, renewals, and cancellations
If you purchase a paid subscription, checkout, billing, renewals, taxes, cancellation handling, and payment processing are currently managed through MerchSignal-hosted checkout and related billing infrastructure, including Lemon Squeezy where used in the purchase flow.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable billing provider to charge the payment method you selected according to the plan you chose.
If your subscription renews automatically, you may cancel future renewals through the billing portal or method made available to you. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund charges already paid.
Current upgrade links used on the website are for Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly only: Pro Monthly checkout and Pro Yearly checkout.
6. Refunds
Refunds, if offered, are governed by the refund policy published at the Refund Policy page.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service in violation of applicable law or the rules of any platform you use with it; interfere with, probe, disrupt, or bypass the security or access controls of the website, extension, checkout flow, or connected systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, subscriptions, tokens, or backend services; share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute paid access in a way that bypasses plan limits; use automated or abusive activity that harms service availability or other users; or use the service to infringe third-party rights.
8. Third-party platforms
AMZ Review Tool is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
Your use of Amazon or any other third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies, and technical limitations.
9. Intellectual property
The software, website, branding, design, code, text, and related materials associated with AMZ Review Tool are owned by us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
10. Feedback
If you send us ideas, feature requests, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for product improvement without compensation to you.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may be affected by maintenance, security issues, third-party outages, browser changes, website changes, or factors outside our control.
12. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the product or create legal, technical, or security risk, payment is not completed or is reversed, or continued service becomes impractical or unlawful. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service. If applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain damages, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
